
Cory Berkland is a Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering and in the Department of Chemistry at Washington University in Saint Louis. Cory is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, and the scientific founder behind Kinimmune's core technology. His prior companies include exits such as Savara and Orbis, and he has raised more than $100M across dilutive and non-dilutive sources over his career. A prolific inventor in drug delivery and peptide engineering, Cory originated the glatiramoid approach at the heart of KIN-112. At Kinimmune he sets scientific direction and provides the founding vision for a new generation of localized cancer immunotherapies built on differentiated, developable chemistry.
